Hi Everybody!
Moon here this month. You may not have noticed me. I always try to quietly eat my hay, take my meds, and drink my water without too much fuss. Except when I feel the need to fuss!
It is definitely spring now. Jake was shedding early (he does MOST things early), and I suddenly realized that I was long overdue for a haircut. Now, some gentlemen lose hair as they age, but I seem to have gained some. Lots actually! It's so warm. Too warm!
So the boss got out her trusty clippers and saved the day. I was worried I'd look like a horse-poodle (a "Hoodle", if you will). Yet I was a very good client, and stood still for 5 hours one day, and a little more the next day for my facial.
Now I'm a little chilly at night, so I wear a blanket, and all the geldings made fun of me. The joke is on them though. When lessons start I'll be carrying kiddos and having fun while they're still standing at the hitching rail being groomed!
